7c888 Responsible Gambling — Stay Safe, Enjoy the Game

7c888 believes gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Use our safety tools to stay in control of your gaming experience at all times.

What is the real purpose of gambling?

Playing on the 7c888 platform is entirely an entertainment activity. From cricket betting to slot games or live casino — every experience is built for fun and excitement. However, when gambling shows signs of crossing from enjoyment into addiction, taking the right steps becomes very important.

Thousands of players across Bangladesh enjoy 7c888 every day. We want every player to stay aware — how much time you spend, how much money you use, and when to take a break — these decisions should always be in your hands. Our responsible gambling policy and tools are built exactly for this purpose.

On this page you will learn how to set your own limits, recognize the signs of problem gambling, and get support from the 7c888 support team when needed.

21+ Age Restriction

7c888 is a platform operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. Online gambling is completely prohibited for minors, and this sits at the core of our policy.

If you have underage children or younger siblings at home, please make sure they do not have access to your account. Keep your password private and always log out of your account.

An age verification process is followed at the time of registration.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Additional verification may be carried out in cases of suspected underage use.
Accounts opened in the name of a minor will be permanently closed.

Keep in mind

Gambling is never a solution to financial problems.
Never place bets with borrowed or loaned money.
Do not play with money needed for household expenses.
Do not gamble more in an attempt to recover lost money.
Avoid gambling when drinking or under mental stress.

7c888 Safety Tools

We provide our players with a number of effective tools to help you maintain full control over your gaming.

Deposit Limit

Restrict the amount you deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, lowering the limit takes effect immediately — increasing it is subject to a waiting period.

Time-Out

Use the time-out feature when you need a temporary break. Your account can be paused for a set period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling is becoming a problem for you, choose self-exclusion. This option is long-term — your account can be closed for 6 months or permanently.

Gaming History & Analysis

You can check at any time in your account how much time and money you have spent. Review your gaming patterns regularly and adjust your limits as needed.

Reality Check

You will receive a reminder at set intervals showing how long you have been playing. This helps you stay aware and take a break when needed.

24/7 Support

The 7c888 support team is always by your side for any issue. Contact us via live chat to get advice on responsible gambling or to activate any tool.

Recognize the Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling occurs when control over playing is lost and it begins to affect personal life, family relationships, or financial situation negatively. If you notice the signs below in yourself or someone you know, it is important to take action.

Repeatedly playing to try to recover lost money.
Gradually increasing the amount wagered and finding it hard to cut back.
Feeling irritated, restless, or angry when trying to stop gambling.
Hiding gambling activity from family, friends, or colleagues.
Borrowing money to gamble or neglecting important bills.
Prioritizing gambling over daily responsibilities, studies, or work.
Using gambling to cope with stress, anxiety, or loneliness.

Ask yourself

Answer the questions below honestly. If most of your answers are "yes", you may need support.

Have you spent more money on gambling than your budget allows?

Have you skipped work or studies to play?
Is gambling affecting your sleep or eating habits?

Build Healthy Gaming Habits

Responsible gambling is not just for when problems arise — it should be part of every player's everyday habits. A few simple but effective habits can keep your gaming experience positive at all times.

Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
Set a time limit — decide the maximum you will play.
Accept losses — do not try to recover money you have lost.
Spend time on other entertainment besides gambling.
Only play when you are in a good state of mind — take a break when angry or anxious.
Talk openly with family and friends about gambling.
Review your gaming history regularly.

Remember

Every game result on 7c888 is completely random. No "system" or "strategy" can guarantee a win. Play for the enjoyment of it, not in expectation of winning.

Questions About Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion is a voluntary step that lets you close your account for a set period or permanently. To activate it, log in to 7c888, go to the Responsible Gambling section in your account settings, or submit a request directly via support chat or email. Once active, your account cannot be reopened before the self-exclusion period ends.

Yes, lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period — this is by design to prevent impulsive decisions.

A time-out is a short-term break — typically from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. It is suitable when you want a temporary pause. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is long-term — 6 months or more, and can even be permanent. If gambling has become a real problem, choosing self-exclusion is the wiser option.

Yes, any balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be available for withdrawal. Contact the support team for more details — we will help make the process straightforward.

If you think a family member has a gambling problem, start by speaking with them with empathy. You can contact the 7c888 support team — we can assist with third-party requests on behalf of the person concerned. Seeking advice from a professional mental health specialist is also an option.

7c888 strictly prohibits registration by minors. An age verification process is in place during registration. If an account holder is later found to be underage, that account will be permanently closed and all transactions will be considered void.
